Special gaskets production

Punched and blank gaskets
Usage: for steam, oil, diluted and concentrated acid and hot and cold water seal.
Materials: non-asbestos, graphite, PTFE, rubber (SBR, NBR, EPDM, etc.), cork, copper, brass, aluminium, etc.
Applications: thermoelectric, nuclear power plants, petrochemical plants, steelworks, steel mills, paper mills, sugar factories, car, motorcycle and farm machine production plants.

Spiral wound gaskets
Materials: stainless steel strip with a peculiar shaped profile and filling strip in graphite, PTFE, ceramic fibre, mineral paper, etc.
Applications: chemical and petrochemical plants, steam lines.

Metal plastic gaskets
Resistant to high pressure and high temperature. In order to improve the sealing, undulated gaskets are used, which create a labyrinth seal.

Motor gaskets
Rubber, linenized rubber, rubber cork and cork agglomerates.
Gaskets in expanded material for filtering and soundproofing.
Gaskets for ASA-compliant and UNI-compliant plants, based on the customer’s drawing.
